Job Summary
Evaluate patient appropriateness for TMS treatment, develop individualized treatment plans, and conduct motor threshold determinations while monitoring progress and outcomes. Provide clinical supervision, training, and oversight to clinic staff to ensure treatment adherence and precise positioning. Lead the design, implementation, and growth of the TMS service line by establishing workflows, protocols, and best practices. Partner with leadership to expand services, optimize scheduling, and support recruitment and onboarding of TMS staff. Serve as a clinical ambassador to support patient education and collaborate with referral sources to grow the patient base.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification (or board eligibility) in Psychiatry
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry, with an active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Virginia (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Proven clinical experience in prescribing and administering TMS therapy
- Interest in program development, service line growth, and innovative mental health treatments
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience leading a clinical service line or supervising clinical staff
