Required Qualifications

- Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to build executive-ready presentations
- Ability to translate research, data, and complex concepts into clear narratives and client-ready visual content
- Strong written communication and synthesis skills for senior audiences
- Attention to detail and judgment; ability to deliver materials ready for client or leadership review
- Organizational discipline; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication across all levels including C-suite and senior leadership
- Genuine interest in leadership, organizational effectiveness, and the work of leadership advisory firms
- Bachelor's or higher degree may be implied but not required by the posting
