Job Summary
TMF Coordinator role focused on supporting Trial Master File activities to ensure TMFs are inspection-ready throughout the study lifecycle. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing documents for attribute accuracy, following scanning/coding procedures and ALCOA principles, filing and retrieving TMF documents, creating paper and electronic folders, managing the secure file room, coordinating with cross-functional teams, addressing inquiries, and assisting with TMF preparation for audits, file reviews, and transfers. The position involves routine department tasks, archiving, and organizing clinical and corporate records, with ongoing opportunities to improve processes and systems and contribute to department goals. Requires a post-secondary education certificate and 1-3 years of related experience, with occasional in-office presence 1-2 times per week; proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal skills.
