Job Summary
Provide quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and New Mexico state regulations. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to supervising RN or physician. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care activities. Follow all infection control, safety, and facility procedures. Participate in patient and family education as directed. Perform other duties as assigned by the facility supervisor. This 12-hour position includes a 30-minute unpaid meal break and may involve weekends or holidays. Requires an active, unencumbered LPN license in New Mexico and at least one year of recent experience. Contract term is 9 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered LPN license in the state of New Mexico (or compact license)
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently within a team environment
- Must meet all facility and agency onboarding requirements prior to assignment

- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
