Job Summary
Develops and leads collaborative learning for a team of teachers to deliver joyful, rigorous, and personalized instruction aimed at high academic achievement; facilitates collaboration, learning labs, data inquiry processes, and professional learning to improve adherence to standards, equity in instruction for English learners, and use of data including DDI and SLO progress monitoring; responsibilities include coordinating team time with supervisors, building a culture of continuous learning, and supporting school and teacher growth through a variety of instructional-improvement activities; requires Bachelor's in Education or related field, appropriate licensure, LEAP evaluation, onboarding participation, and residence in Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
- Must meet all licensure and certification requirements for teacher roles in the District
- Must hold a District teacher position evaluated through LEAP and responsible for student outcomes in Infinite Campus by time of service
- Must participate in required on-boarding and training over the summer and during the school year
