Job Summary
Conduct high-quality instruction for grades 1–5 while developing a team's ability to deliver rigorous, personalized learning. Serve as a content area expert by facilitating collaborative team time, providing one-on-one observation and coaching to peers, and overseeing the Leading Effective Academic Practice evaluation process. Contribute to the year-long professional development plan and deliver whole-staff professional learning aligned with school-wide instructional priorities. Counsel students to support achievement, monitor conduct and behavior, and prepare lesson plans according to district curriculum guidelines. This Innovation School role supports student achievement goals through distributive leadership structures that maximize staff morale and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license
- Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position
- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado
