Job Summary
Senior Team Lead – responsible for leading a team of teachers, coaching and developing instructional practices, observing and evaluating staff, facilitating professional learning, aligning supports with school priorities, and helping close achievement gaps. Role includes instructional leadership, collaboration with leaders and specialists, and participation in ILT activities to advance a culture of continuous learning and inclusive classrooms. Requires bilingual Spanish-English capability, Colorado teaching licensure, and evidence of effective teaching. Offers a stipend in addition to base salary and is located in Denver, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Valid Colorado Department of Education teaching license
- ELA-S (English Language Acquisition - Spanish) bilingual requirement
- Spanish language proficiency requirement (SLP exam) or Praxis II Spanish 5195 accepted as SLP
- At least two years of demonstrated teacher effectiveness through LEAP or equivalent
- Demonstrate essential skills for leading teacher growth and equity in education
- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position
