Job Summary
Manages the Industrial Engineering Team and organizes activities within the area of responsibility. Supports planning resources and investment budgets for production equipment, develops, plans, and standardizes production processes. Ensures implementation of defined standards and conducts training for team skill enhancement. Responsible for people management, including resource allocation, evaluation, leadership, and monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or related field
- 4 years’ experience in the automotive industry
