TL Industrial Engineering

Manage and supervise the Industrial Engineering org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs. Identify improvement opportunities, offer consulting, and ensure adherence to standards and process execution. Lead direct reports by defining objectives, tasks, and responsibilities while monitoring results and evaluating performance. Plan regular team activities to cover all stages and address requests, including training needs and succession planning. Coordinate time and line balancing analyses to identify bottlenecks and optimize production processes. Requires a Master's degree, minimum five years of experience, and fluency in English and French.
