Job Summary
Early Literacy Reading Tutor provides data-driven reading instruction to TK–2nd grade students, implementing scripted early literacy interventions (SIPPS/SEEDS) and targeting core skills (phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, sight words). Collaborates with lead teacher coaches and principals to set schedules, reports student progress with benchmarks, maintains accurate program data in online databases/Excel, conducts small group and one-on-one instruction, participates in coaching sessions, and supports ongoing training while maintaining student confidentiality and professional conduct.
