Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning duties including scrubber and buffer operation, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning glass. Maintain organizational and recovery standards across the sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-train in multiple store areas to support front end coverage needs and respond to changes in direction. Uphold health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in lounges and restrooms, and communicate effectively with management and associates.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written
- Listens and responds appropriately
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
