Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery efforts, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Perform cross-training duties as needed to support business needs. Work a flexible schedule to support business requirements.
