Job Summary
Senior Software QA Engineer responsible for AI-driven quality engineering and data/log-driven testing across a feature-rich TV ecosystem. Lead QA strategy, define acceptance criteria, and mentor mid-level engineers. Drive test development and execution of end-to-end scenarios, manage defects with deep technical insight, and maintain high-quality documentation. Collaborate跨-functionally with software, product, and analytics teams to refine logging, validate KPIs through telemetry and monetization analytics, and propose AI-powered improvements to testing tools, frameworks, and workflows. The role emphasizes AI-assisted testing, regression optimization, predictive insights, and scalable quality assurance in a hybrid in-office/remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Engineering
- Strong understanding of QA principles, methodologies and system-level testing
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining test cases, test reports and defect documentation
- Experience with AI-based testing tools or integrating AI into QA workflows
- Good understanding of Digital TV standards: DVB, IPTV, broadcast features, tuners, CI+
