Job Summary

Execute chemical analysis tasks supporting aerospace component processing by operating plating lines, conducting titration and chemical tests, and maintaining tank chemistry. Monitor equipment daily, report malfunctions, and ensure all tools and machines are operated safely. Maintain inventory for chemicals, track sampling results in logs, and coordinate tank replenishment and disposal. Adhere to HSE policies, environmental regulations, and NADCAP standards while identifying nonconformance issues. Perform other duties as assigned. Work a 3/12 Friday-Sunday shift from 4am to 5pm with a $1.50/hr differential.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or metal processing preferred
  • Experience in aerospace plating or familiarity with NADCAP standards is a plus
  • No facial hair or NIOSH Approved Beard
  • Pass an annual respirator fit test
  • Basic mainframe computer systems
  • Familiar with Spreadsheet and Word Processing software
  • Database systems
  • Ability to read and comprehend correspondence and basic technical procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to read code/machine language
  • Write basic reports and instructions
