Assist the consumer lending area in processing and maintaining lien information on secured loans; file lien instruments on motor vehicles and other secured instruments pledged as collateral; respond promptly to direct, phone, and written inquiries from members and coworkers; assist in proper filing of GAP insurance claims and follow up with insurance companies and members for claim resolution; work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; apply basic understanding of BSA requirements - OFAC, CIP, Patriot Act; requires attention to detail and collaboration; proficiency with Microsoft Office; roles include GAP and Warranty Processing and lien filling; part-time benefits apply as outlined by CAMPUS USA Credit Union; experience in titles, insurance claims or warranty a plus.
