Job Summary
Audit consumer documents for vehicle loan refinancing and purchase processes to ensure they meet jurisdictional DMV requirements. Identify deal types, assess generated title document accuracy, and efficiently fill out and submit documents per specific jurisdictional rules. Perform quality assurance checks on all documents prior to final submission to the jurisdiction for processing. This role is based in the Denver Tech Center and supports the Savings Group's loan services division.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and correctly interpret Excel reports
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced business environment
- Adherence to company's policies, including but not limited to attendance and latency policy
- Must be able to frequently sit
- Must be occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- In-office position at Denver CO office located in the Denver Tech Center
