Job Summary
Compile all necessary documents to accompany applications for vehicle title ownership transfers and resolve discrepancies. Communicate with customers and vehicle owners while answering inbound phone calls, sending emails, and providing excellent customer service. Ensure strict compliance with state and/or buyer requirements when processing applications. Where authorized as an acting state processing authority, work within state systems to facilitate transfers.
