Job Summary
Title Specialist at OneMain Financial responsible for maintaining a high-performing auto secured loan portfolio by performing administrative and customer-service oriented tasks. Key duties include identifying, sorting, and processing mail related to lienholder status on auto property; answering phone and email inquiries about lien placement and the third-party vendor system; identifying anomalies and escalating for timely resolution; partnering with branch network to improve lien perfection rates; acting as a liaison between internal/external customers and vendors including Centralized Sales, Underwriting, and Branch personnel; maintaining thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and applicable state/federal laws; and ensuring accurate review of loan and title documents while delivering quality service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 or more year(s) in customer service
- Ability to review loan and title documents in a timely fashion
