Title Specialist

Full-time Title Clerk needed to join indiGO Auto Group's Porsche Fort Collins team. Responsibilities include completing DMV registration paperwork and out-of-state DMV transactions, verifying legal documents for vehicle transfers (retail and wholesale), posting accounting entries related to DMV registration transactions, maintaining DMV and payoff schedules, processing refunds to customers and lenders, contacting customers regarding registration documents, assisting with obtaining titles for trades and wholesales, keeping management and sales informed about registration item status, ensuring tax and title fees are properly completed and paid in a timely manner, and performing other duties as assigned. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years' Title processing experience; accounting experience preferred; CDK/ADP/Tekion experience strongly preferred; excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to pass a drug test and background check.
