Title Specialist

Compile all necessary documents to accompany applications for transferring vehicle title ownership and resolve problems or discrepancies. Communicate with customers and vehicle owners while answering inbound phone calls, sending emails, and providing excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with state and/or buyer requirements when processing applications as an acting state processing authority. This role supports IAA's vehicle ownership transfer operations.
