Job Summary

This Title Department Support role provides an experiential entry into a prestigious legal group’s Title Department. Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive loan-level desktop reviews based on KPIs, managing a heavy volume of email correspondence, meeting client and county deadlines, updating internal systems with findings and recommendations, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, organizing packages to other offices, recognizing and categorizing real estate/foreclosure documents, communicating with staff via email and Chat, facilitating timely document handling and signing, ordering taxes from vendors, assisting with ordering title, and supporting various projects. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), excellent written/verbal communication, superior organization, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze corrective action opportunities are required. Education includes a High School diploma or equivalent with Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Quality Assurance/Quality Control concepts are also strongly preferred.
