Job Summary
Order and review title packages for loans submitted to fulfillment, partnering with title/escrow companies and Dytrix to ensure quick receipt of required documents. Upload and review CPLs, wiring instructions, and closing disclosures based on SOPs, then update records in Encompass (LOS) and keep the processing team apprised of progress. Promptly communicate with loan stakeholders on any issues that arise while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring duties align with compliance and regulatory requirements. Maintain company service level and turn-time standards, including specific measurables for return-call and return-email times. This role supports the Zillow Home Loans team in India, requiring an office-based presence of 80 to 100 percent of the time.

- Ability to work with teammates within the department and across the company to develop working relations with business associates at a positive level
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer and employee information
- Ability to maintain company service level and turn-time standards
- Must be able to work at the Zillow India office for approximately 80 to 100 percent of their time each month
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office
