Perform in-process and finished product inspections, participate in Practical Process Improvements/Lean and 5S activities, and contribute to quality compliance. Able to stand and move for 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, team-based environment in a cleanroom setting; non-discriminatory gender requirement; willingness to rotate between cells and to work overtime if needed.
