Title Manager

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through CLP, managing expectations and providing updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables. Oversee end-to-end execution of assigned projects by creating schedules, monitoring milestones, and tracking status across Iyuno and Netflix platforms including Grand Bazaar, Backlot, and CLP. Handle delivery rejections in Backlot, coordinate asset QC resolutions, and update internal guidelines based on client communications. Manage client invoicing, including submitting final bids and purchase orders, while preparing status reports for internal and client review. Identify project risks and escalate issues to Team Leads and Production as needed.
