Job Summary
Coordinate the annual Title IIA grant application process and monitor implementation of approved programs to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Manage grant activities in the State management system, including budgets, amendments, and final reports, while collaborating with the Business Office to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Provide technical support for professional learning initiatives, process requests from private schools, and coordinate logistics for district professional development activities. Serve as the primary contact between Grand Rapids Public Schools and participating non-public schools regarding funding and program planning.
