Title I Tutor - Toledo Preparatory and Fitness Academy

Provide individualized and small-group reading and mathematics intervention for eligible K–8 students using standards-aligned curriculum and evidence-based strategies. Differentiate instruction to close academic gaps while utilizing formative and summative assessment data to monitor growth and personalize learning plans. Collaborate with classroom teachers, instructional coaches, and administrators to coordinate student support, evaluate progress, and adjust intervention plans as needed. Build positive relationships that encourage student confidence, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and communicate progress with families. Participate in IAT and IEP meetings, attend professional development, and engage in school-wide academic improvement initiatives.
