Title I Small Group Instructor/Tutor

Conduct small group tutoring sessions aligned with student achievement data and individual learning needs. Collaborate with assigned teachers to ensure instruction addresses specific student gaps and maintain written lesson plans and schedules. Implement approved behavior management procedures, monitor student safety, and follow emergency evacuation plans. Provide recommendations to administration regarding student performance and tutor program improvements while maintaining confidentiality of student records. Participate in assigned training workshops and uphold staff-student relationships that foster respect and positive self-esteem.
