Job Summary
Provide one-on-one and small group literacy and math services to struggling students in grades K-5. Collaborate with classroom teachers, instructional coaches, and school leadership on the identification and analysis of student achievement. Work 7.5 hours daily across 72 instructional days for the 2026-2027 school year. This role supports Crossroads Elementary's commitment to targeted intervention for students within the BCPS district framework.
Required Qualifications

- Kentucky Elementary Certification
