TITLE: Fabricator Welder – Rotor Core

Job Summary
Stack lam, cut bar, insert bar, install end rings and clamping rings, and weld components using MIG, TIG, or robotic welding techniques. De-bur and grind metal to achieve proper surface texture while reading blueprints and interpreting project plans. Operate specialized machinery including band saws and robotic welders, monitoring usage and temperature. Document proper paperwork, read scales, and maintain a clean, orderly work area in compliance with quality and safety guidelines. Perform lathe work on end rings and remove clamping rings as needed. Work the third shift in a team-oriented manufacturing environment, adhering to warehouse site best practices and solving routine process adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 - 4 years of experience operating as a commercial welder
- Current and valid certification
- Experience working with power tools
- Ability to work in a Team oriented setting
- Good Communication skills – Verbal & Written
- 2 - 4 years of experience tig welder and or Robot welder
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Ability to pass hands on welding test
- Third Shift (United States of America)
