Title Examiner/Title Agent

Title Examiner/Title Agent responsible for researching public records and compiling findings into search reports for review by the Title Examiner. Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills, and have working knowledge of industry documents (deeds, mortgages, judgments, probates, etc.). Requires solid computer skills, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and self-motivation. Responsibilities include researching public records, preparing search reports, and ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
