Job Summary
Perform quality control audits on title searches, review title evidence packages, and verify information against product requirements. Responsibilities include conducting title searches and examinations of the chain of title in multiple states, preparing initial title products, abstracting records to determine ownership, and responding to customer inquiries. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 2 years of related experience, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years search and title examination experience
- May require Title Agent License (required by some states)
- Understand the effect of deeds, satisfactions, judgments, full reconveyances, corporate documents, trust documents as it relates to property.
- Self-starter
- Resourceful
- Time management skills

- Communication skills: verbal & written
- Proficient MS Office skill set; Excel skills
