Job Summary
Escrow Officer responsible for end-to-end residential escrow closings across multiple markets, overseeing a high-volume pipeline from opening through disbursement, verifying title clearance, preparing settlement statements (CDs / ALTA / HUD), and creating disbursement packages. Serves as the primary point of contact for real estate agents and clients, communicates status updates and next steps, and ensures accuracy, compliance, and a smooth closing experience. Collaborates with operations, title, client engagement, and notary coordination teams; acts as lead problem solver for file-level issues, title defects, and closing challenges; maintains regulatory compliance (TRID, CFPB, RESPA, state-specific requirements); embraces technology to modernize the real estate closing experience and deliver best-in-class service.
Required Qualifications
- Active Escrow License / Title Producer License (or willingness to obtain, as required by your market)
- 5+ years of experience conducting residential escrow closings (multi-state experience preferred, experience in Florida and Tennessee is required)
- Experience managing files independently from opening through closing
- Preferably residing in Florida or Tennessee
