Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy, guiding them through supervision of care and treatments. Lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and target and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the way. This PRN role is part of a growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader.
