Job Summary
Review title search materials for vesting, legal descriptions, liens, and judgments to investigate and clear curative issues. Act as a liaison between internal teams, loan officers, borrowers, and external partners to resolve title-related problems and prepare title commitments in compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with underwriting and outsource partners to obtain over-the-limit liability approvals, manage subordinations, payoffs, and HOA matters, while ordering deeds and verifying transfer fees. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and maintain accuracy in title documentation.

Desired Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of title, mortgage, or curative experience
- 2+ years of curative, REO, foreclosure, or purchase title experience
- Excellent oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively lead and coach others
