Job Summary
The Title Clerk will handle tag and title paperwork for in-state and out-of-state deals, verify title work before sending it out, maintain lists of missing titles, respond to lienholder requests, and process payoffs for trade vehicles. Maintain title records, reconcile schedules, and keep customers updated on title status. Must demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook is required; dealership experience preferred. Able to work independently or as part of a team; benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and company events.
