TITLE BOP TECHNICIAN – KENYA

Maintain and operate low voltage grid systems, focusing on the 33KV side and associated equipment such as transformers, switchgear, breakers, and isolators. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to CT, VT, and IED relays to ensure proper grid functioning. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on grid equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate system upgrades, repairs, and new installations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in a power plant environment.
