Job Summary

Open new title orders by accurately entering file information and assist with preparing and updating title commitments. Help clear title requirements by obtaining payoff information, releases, affidavits, and supporting documentation, while ordering tax information, HOA documents, and other required items. Prepare CPLs and supporting title documents, then communicate with lenders, Realtors, attorneys, buyers, and sellers regarding outstanding title requirements. Monitor files to ensure commitments and title documents are delivered promptly, maintain organized file documentation, and assist examiners and processors with additional tasks as needed.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous title, mortgage, real estate, legal, or lending experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple files in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Strong computer skills
