Title and Registrations Operations Specialist

Review consumer title and registration applications, verify accuracy of all documents, and submit registration and title applications on behalf of Rivian customers. Support field and headquarters team members by obtaining needed information from customers and work with local DMV authorities to resolve outstanding issues. Stay current on local regulation changes to communicate necessary process updates and verify transaction accuracy regarding financing, trade-ins, and down payments. Be comfortable working directly with customers to resolve registration challenges while ensuring seamless customer experiences across headquarters and the field.
