Job Summary
Assist the Closer in all aspects of the real estate closing process: open new orders, order title searches and payoffs, process files, communicate with clients, and support the team to ensure smooth closings. Prepare and review closing documents including title and municipal lien searches, surveys, and HOA Estoppel letters; coordinate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties; maintain clear communication to resolve issues; track closing timelines and ensure deadlines are met; balance final numbers and prepare invoices. Must be a Notary with at least 2 years of title-processing experience and strong customer service and documentation skills. Familiarity with title processing software and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting preferred. Education in real estate law or related procedures is beneficial. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Title Processor or similar role in the real estate or title insurance industry
- Must be a Notary
- Knowledge of real estate law, title processing, and legal documentation procedures
- Understanding of the closing process
- Experience working in a title agency is preferred
