Job Summary
The Title Administrator I role focuses on handling missing and incoming vehicle titles, title maintenance, lien perfection, and title-related workflows. Responsibilities include coordinating with Lithia dealerships for status updates, communicating with customers, DMV, and dealership personnel, logging and processing electronic and paper titles, filing titles, notifying dealerships of errors for correction, obtaining title replacements from state DMVs, supporting state-to-state title transfers, documenting actions in the loan management system, and participating in title audits and related duties. Key skills include strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows). Previous experience in office/administration, customer service, or auto title/DMV work is preferred.
