Title 1 Tutor - Toledo, OH

Deliver standards-aligned lessons for Title I tutoring of K-8 students using Performance Academies resources. Plan and execute lessons aligned to state standards, employ differentiated instruction and interventions, use data from assessments to personalize instruction, develop lesson plans from the approved curriculum, maintain accurate records of student work and schedules, and collaborate with school leaders. Tutor students one-on-one or in small groups in reading and/or mathematics, promote equity and inclusion, adhere to PBIS and behavioral expectations, and participate in enrollment and family engagement activities. Maintain a professional classroom environment, communicate with parents, and engage in ongoing professional development. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Education and valid state certification; experience working with diverse students is preferred. Follow all school policies and utilize exclusive instructional resources.
