Title 1 Tutor

Conduct well-planned math and reading tutoring sessions for small groups of students aligned with achievement data. Collaborate with assigned teachers to address individual learning needs while maintaining student supervision and safety. Implement approved behavior management procedures, create written lesson plans and schedules, and provide recommendations regarding student performance and program improvement. Maintain confidentiality of student records and participate in required training workshops. Foster positive staff-student relationships to support student self-esteem. Perform other duties as assigned by administration. This part-time role is contingent on federal grant funding availability.
