Title 1 Tutor

Conduct small group tutoring sessions in math and reading for assigned students, aligning instruction with achievement data and individual learning needs. Collaborate with teachers to address specific student requirements, maintain written lesson plans and schedules, and implement approved behavior management procedures. Provide recommendations regarding student performance, tutor program improvements, and emergency evacuation plans to administration. Ensure student safety and confidentiality while participating in assigned training workshops. This part-time year-to-year role supports student success within the Title 1 program, contingent on federal grant funding availability.
