Title 1 Interventionist - Math

Conduct research-based instruction and interventions in target classes, pull-out, or push-in settings to accelerate academic achievement and close skill gaps for at-risk students. Align daily teaching to CCISD curriculum and TEKS while maintaining intervention documentation, student progress records, and Title I data in accordance with district grading guidelines. Use common formative and summative assessment data to plan, implement, and adjust instruction for mastery of grade-level standards and readiness for state assessments. Collaborate with classroom teachers, instructional leaders, and campus administration to support student achievement, modify instruction for Special Education, 504, EB, and GT students, and communicate effectively with parents and staff. Participate in professional development, campus initiatives, and drills to uphold safety and emotional wellbeing, while demonstrating trustworthiness, respect, and responsibility in all interactions.
