Job Summary
Provide targeted academic interventions aligned to Clear Creek Independent School District curriculum to accelerate achievement and close skill gaps for at-risk students. Conduct ongoing assessments using data from common formative and state benchmarks to plan, implement, and adjust instruction in pull-out or push-in settings. Maintain intervention documentation, student progress records, and Title I materials while modifying plans for Special Education, 504, and English Learner needs. Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support grade-level mastery and readiness for state assessments. Participate in professional development and campus initiatives, ensuring safety compliance and adherence to district core values. Work full-time for 10 months or as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Texas teaching certificate for the grade level(s) and content assigned (EC–6, 4–8, or 7–12)
- Minimum of two years of successful classroom teaching experience
- Knowledge of Tier 1 instruction, Tier II interventions, RTI, and data-driven instructional practices
- Knowledge of EB instructional strategies and language acquisition best practices
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to maintain emotional control under stress
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions
- Frequent standing, stooping, bending, lifting, moving textbooks, media equipment, desks, and other classroom materials
- 10 months or as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- ESL certification preferred
- Experience providing small-group intervention, curriculum alignment, and supporting EB students preferred
