Job Summary
Conduct single-unit repairs in occupied apartments, including installation and repair of entrance doors, window shutters, and sunshades. Perform window repairs and handle measurements for material ordering. Execute maintenance tasks on fire protection doors where training is provided. Work on-site from home start with flexible hours and a digital timesheet. Requires completed carpentry or locksmith apprenticeship, Class B license, and German language proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in dem Gewerk Tischler oder Schlosser
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
