Tourism & Operations Intern at Indie Campers (Pisa depot). Front-office duties include guest check-in/check-out, guest registration, payments, explaining camper features, terms and upselling extras. Back-office duties include aligning reservations with available campers, vehicle and add-ons preparation. Quality control to keep campers in optimal condition and to address maintenance or repair needs. Support with stock monitoring, fleet coordination, and operational problem resolution. Eligible candidates are students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or related fields, with excellent English, a work permit if applicable, and a valid driver’s license (manual and automatic). Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills, plus willingness to work in a dynamic, international environment. All internships are paid, with online and on-the-job training covering guest relations, customer service, problem solving, communication, teamwork, organization, time management, fleet coordination, and logistics. International opportunities and potential for future placement at Indie Campers are offered. Start date expected March 2026 with a seasonal contract through November 2026. Locations include multiple depots across Italy (e.g., Pisa, Bari, Bologna, Milano, Roma, Napoli, Catania, Palermo, Venezia, Firenze, Bergamo, Cagliari, Olbia-Tempio, Bari Depot, Bergamo Depot, etc.).
