Welcome new sales associates to the Skechers Outlet Castel Guelfo team. Greet and engage customers to deliver an exclusive shopping experience, while demonstrating product features and recommending footwear that aligns with client needs. Master all Skechers shoe lines and organize the sales floor according to company standards. Collaborate with colleagues on inventory management, including product setup, warehouse support, and timely shipment transfers. Maintain a tidy store environment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. This internship provides a hands-on path into assisted sales, fostering a positive team spirit within our retail locations.
