Lead the design, development, validation, and release of wheel, tire, jack, and ornament components for assigned vehicle programs. Ensure compliance with quality, cost, weight, and timing targets while adhering to Ford's engineering specifications and manufacturing requirements. Collaborate with suppliers, design studio, vehicle dynamics, and program teams to drive product robustness, support assembly plant launches, and manage parts release through GPDS and WERS. Deliver high-quality, optimized wheel systems to customers.
