Job Summary
Monitor field performance and analyze warranty data to identify emerging trends, quality concerns, and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction. Investigate issues with wheels, tires, jacks, wheel trim, and related equipment by collaborating with product engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, service, and warranty teams. Support root-cause analysis, track corrective actions, and communicate insights across the engineering organization to drive the timely resolution of quality concerns.
